The Comstock Film Festival, hosted by the Historic Fourth Ward School Museum and Nevadaland Productions, is a weekend of masterclasses, celebrity appearances, expert panel discussions, and a chance to show your own film!
This three-day event offers a chance to learn from industry experts, apply new skills in a shotgun film competition, build connections with like-minded creatives who share similar passions, and support Nevada youth filmmakers!
While the weekend festivities are open to anyone with a love for film, this festival also serves as an opportunity for Nevada youth to showcase their own creative work!
If you’re 12-25 years-old and love filmmaking, we welcome you to submit a 15-minute film illustrating some piece of Comstock history. If you are interested in submitting your work for the 2024 film festival, please fill out this form!
